1.
Make smooth and lump free batter by adding corn flour, maida, black pepper powder, red chilli powder, soya sauce, salt, ginger garlic paste and water.

Dip mushrooms in batter and deep fry in hot oil till they turn golden brown and crisp and keep aside.

Heat up the oil in a wok. Add chopped garlic and ginger. Also add finely chopped onions, spring onions and green chillies. Saute well for a minute.

Now add cubed capsicum and onions. Saute for a while. Then add vinegar, soya sauce, black pepper powder and salt. Saute on high flame for 2 mins.

Mix 2 tbsp corn flour with 1/2 cup of water well. Add this mixture to the wok and mix well. Add more water to adjust the consistency. Stir well and cook till sauce thickens.
6.
Add fried mushrooms and mix it up well. Garnish with spring onions and serve hot with Fried Rice.
