Ingredients For Chili Mushroom Gravy Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Make smooth and lump free batter by adding corn flour, maida, black pepper powder, red chilli powder, soya sauce, salt, ginger garlic paste and water.
  • 2. Dip mushrooms in batter and deep fry in hot oil till they turn golden brown and crisp and keep aside.
  • 3. Heat up the oil in a wok. Add chopped garlic and ginger. Also add finely chopped onions, spring onions and green chillies. Saute well for a minute.
  • 4. Now add cubed capsicum and onions. Saute for a while. Then add vinegar, soya sauce, black pepper powder and salt. Saute on high flame for 2 mins.
  • 5. Mix 2 tbsp corn flour with 1/2 cup of water well. Add this mixture to the wok and mix well. Add more water to adjust the consistency. Stir well and cook till sauce thickens.
  • 6. Add fried mushrooms and mix it up well. Garnish with spring onions and serve hot with Fried Rice.
