Chilli Garlic Maggie

This recipe is my own creation giving a twist to our regular 2-mintue Maggi noddles. This is a wholesome meal as it contains all kinds of fresh healthy vegetables and shredded chicken. The chilli garlic sauce makes this noddles taste more delicious

Ingredients For Chilli Garlic Maggie

Methods
  • 1. First blanch the carrot juliennes, chop french beans, green peas with little salt. Boil the maggi noodles and set aside.
  • 2. Now take a non stick pan. Add refined oil. Let it heat add the chopped garlic and saute it till it turns golden then add the chopped onion and saute with little salt till it turns translucent. Add add ginger julienne and chopped green chillies and keep sauteing.
  • 3. Add the capsicum julienne and saute for while. Now add the shredded chicken pieces. Add black pepper and salt and stir fry for about 3-4mintues. Now add the chilli garlic sauce and stir fry for 2mintues
  • 4. Then add the blanched vegetables and boiled maggi noodles into it and stir fry for 3-4minutes. Add in the taste maker into it and keep stir frying for next 2mintues. Splash a little water in between for more taste.
  • 5. Now sprinkle some chopped spring onions whites and greens and stir for a while.
  • 6. Serve it hot.
