Ingredients

Ingredients For CHINGRI DOPYAZA RECIPE

Methods
  • 1. Marinate Chingri (Prawns)with turmeric Powder, chili Powder, & salt and set aside for 15 min.
  • 2. Heat Mustard Oil to smoking hot, slide in praws one by one, into hot oil and fry for 2 minutes.
  • 3. Add cinnamon stick, cardamom under tempering Oil.
  • 4. Add thinly sliced onion and fry for 1 minutes.
  • 5. Add onion paste, ginger paste, garlic paste, salt, Turmeric Powder, sugar, red chilli powder, kashmiri red chilli powder, and fry for 2 mins on low flame, add warm water at a time,stir on medium flame.Now add Garam Masala Powder.
  • 6. Slide in fried Prawns one by one carefully into gravy, cover & cooked for 4-5 mins on low flame
  • 7. Flip Prawn & if Prawns are cooked thoroughly remove from gravy & arrang on serving plates.
  • 8. Now add rest of Garam Masala Powder, this will add nice aroma from Garam Masala.
  • 9. switch off flame, cover & keep on stand by for 1mins.
  • 10. Chingri Do_Pyaza ready & serve with Steamed Rice.
