Ingredients For Christmas cake (Eggless/Non-alcohol/with or without oven) Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Take a pan add in cinnamon, cardamom, clove, nutmeg and roast them for a minutes on a low flame, and powder them finely.
  • 2. Take a pan add in the orange juice, followed by all the wet fruits and cook them till the juice is fully absorbed.
  • 3. Now take a bowl, add in the flour, baking powder, baking soda, mix them properly and keep it aside.
  • 4. In another bowl add in butter, oil, sugar and cream them until pale and fluffy, then pour the buttermilk and mix properly.
  • 5. Now add in the cooked wet fruits and mix again.
  • 6. At last add in the dry ingredients followed by chopped almonds and walnuts and mix them using the cut and fold method.
  • 7. Transfer them in a baking tray.
  • 8. Bake it in the preheated oven at 180 degree celsius for 40-45 minutes, covering it with a foil.
  • 9. Or bake it in a preheated wok, by placing the wok on a stove or on an induction. When baking in a wok add some salt in the bottom of the wok and place a stand, then place the mould over the stand and cover the wok with a lid, let it bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour on medium low flame, or until baked.
  • 10. To check if the cake is done, insert a toothpick, and the toothpick should come out clean.
  • 11. The egg less, non alcoholic cake, with or without oven is ready.
