Ingredients For Cone Samosa Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Grind samolina and mix it in rice flour, salt, chili flakes, carom seeds, fenugreek leaves, ghee and knead it with water.
  • 2. cover the lid for 15 minutes.
  • 3. In potato bhujiya mix cashews, raisins, dry mango powder, red chili, cumin powder and grind it.
  • 4. Now take small balls from the dough and make small balls cuttings from the center and then make a strip Samosa shape.
  • 5. Fill the ground mixture and paste it with water and fry it in medium flame.
  • 6. When it becomes cool then serve it.
