Methods
  • 1. Chopped all veggies.
  • 2. In a pan, add 2tbsp oil and sauté all veggies for 5 minutes.
  • 3. In a bowl, add saluted veggies, curd, fresh cream, mayonnaise. Mix well.
  • 4. Cut the edges of bread slices.
  • 5. All bread slices are ready.
  • 6. In a bowl, add maida and 3 tbsp water and mix well for slurry.
  • 7. Roll the bread slices with rolling pin.
  • 8. Apply maida slurry on edges.
  • 9. Fill stuffing in.
  • 10. Fold the bread slice and press from edges.
  • 11. All curd pockets are ready for frying.
  • 12. Frying until golden. Remove on napkin paper.
  • 13. Now our curd pockets are ready for serve.
