Ingredients For Dahi Bread Cutlet Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Take a bowl add all purpose flour and 2/3 tbsp water and make thin slurry. Keep aside.
  • 2. Cut the brown sides of all the bread slices. Keep it aside. Take a mixture jar add brown pieces of bread , grind it , make bread crumbs.
  • 3. In a big mixing bowl add all the vegetables, hung curd and spices. Mix it well with spoon.
  • 4. Take some water in a flat plate. Dip the bread into the water. Press it from hands and squeeze all the water.
  • 5. Fill 1-2 tsp curd - potato mixture in it. Gently roll and close it. Dit it into slurry, coat with bread crumbs.
  • 6. Make all the cutlets like this.
  • 7. Heat oil in a wok. On medium heat deep fry until it becomes golden brown and crispy from both the sides.
  • 8. Remove it in a kitchen napkin.
  • 9. Serve hot with mayonnaise or any sauce.
