1.
Take a bowl add Dahi and sugar mix and whisk very well. Keep it in refrigerator.

Drain of the water from the soaked dals. Grind it with green chilli one by one to make a smooth paste. If required add chilled water to grind the dal.

Transfer it in a big bowl. Add salt, ginger coriander leaves and hing. Whisk it with your hands, the batter will become fluffy.

Heat oil in a wok. Deep fry all the wadas on medium heat till it becomes crispy brown.

In a bowl add water , pinch of hing and salt. Drop fried hot wadas in water . Soak for 20-25 minutes.

Squeeze off the water and remove it in a plate.

Take a serving bowl. Place 3-4 wadas in it. Pour curd over it. Add green and tamarind chutney.
8.
Sprinkle salt, red chilli powder, chat masala and cumin powder.
9.
Garnish it with sev and coriander leaves. Serve chilled.
