Ingredients For Dal Pakwan Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Take a flour in a mixing bowl, add salt, ghee and ajwain.
  • 2. Mix it and knead into soft dough. Keep it aside.
  • 3. Now take a kadai, add 3 to 4 tablespoons of ghee and add jeera, hing, bay leaves and green chili.
  • 4. Let it flutter and then add chopped tomatoes, mix it well.
  • 5. Add all dry masala, ginger paste and cook it till masala leaves the kadai.
  • 6. Now add cooked chana dal. Add salt and cook for a while.
  • 7. At the end put tamarind paste n mix. Dal is ready. Garnish it with chopped onion , tomatoes and coriander leaves.
  • 8. Make round chapati out of the dough.
  • 9. Deep Fry the chapatis n serve with the dal. Dal pakwan is ready to serve.
