Hello everyone. today I will share most easy and so healthy with 4-5 drop oil recipe which called "Dalbhari pitha" made with rice flour and dal.so easy to make and it gives u lots of protein and so nutrition.pitha is famous food from UP and my mother belong from there so she usually make this and I learnt from her. Its take so less time to make and it's good for every age group. It's basically steaming recipe so no need of oil and u can make it for breakfast or evening snacks. I hope I all are will love it.so let's make Dalbhari pitha.
Knead dough with lukewarm water. You can add different type of dal also. You can make it spicy adding extra chilies, after steaming you can pan fry it from both side it will also taste more good.
