Hello everyone. today I will share most easy and so healthy with 4-5 drop oil recipe which called "Dalbhari pitha" made with rice flour and dal.so easy to make and it gives u lots of protein and so nutrition.pitha is famous food from UP and my mother belong from there so she usually make this and I learnt from her. Its take so less time to make and it's good for every age group. It's basically steaming recipe so no need of oil and u can make it for breakfast or evening snacks. I hope I all are will love it.so let's make Dalbhari pitha.

Knead dough with lukewarm water. You can add different type of dal also. You can make it spicy adding extra chilies, after steaming you can pan fry it from both side it will also taste more good.

Methods
  • 1. Take all dal in 1 pot wash it well, rinse with water. Now add 2 glass of water.
  • 2. Keep in side for at least 5-6 hours or over night.
  • 3. Now take a bowl add rice flour and salt mix it well.
  • 4. Take small small portion of lukewarm water and knead dough.
  • 5. Dough should be just like our daily chapati dough.
  • 6. Cover it and keep it side.
  • 7. Now drain the water from dal. Take mixture jar add dal into it.
  • 8. Add green chilli, chopped onion, cumin seeds, hing, hara dhaniya, turmeric powder, salt, garlic cloves.
  • 9. Grind it for 2-3 minutes. Try not to add water.
  • 10. Don't make too soft paste.
  • 11. Now take out from jar. Take dough. Divide into equal small small portion.
  • 12. Make a ball off it. Now take 1 dough ball.
  • 13. Take on your palm and just flatten it round, just like puri size.
  • 14. Now add dal mixture in center, as per your choice, you can add mixture.
  • 15. I have added 2-3 spoon at time. Now just give shape like flower.
  • 16. Make all pitha with same procedure.
  • 17. While making this you just take one pot add water in it. About half pot, and place on high flame. Cover it with top.
  • 18. Now take 1 stainless-steel sieve apply 4-5 drop oil and spread it all over sieve.
  • 19. Now put Dalbhari pitha on it. If sieve is small I can put 5-6 pitha at time.
  • 20. Keep sieve on pot for steam and cover it for minimum 10 min.
  • 21. After 10 min take out from sieve into plate. Repeat same with all pitha, serve it with tea.
  • 22. Eat hot or cool it, will taste same.
