Ingredients For DHAHI-APPE Recipe

Methods
  • 1. For curd chutney ;- take a curd add salt to taste, sugar wisk it. in a Tadka Pan oil,mustards seeds,curry leaves gas of and then add pinch of turmeric powder this tadka pour in curd mix it and our Dahi chutney for Dahi-Appe/Appam is ready..
  • 2. For better;- Take a bowl add curd, chickpeas flour wisk it, add salt to taste, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, ginger paste mix it. better is ready..
  • 3. Bharta for stuffing;- in a pan add oil, mustard seeds,cumin, coriander, salt to taste, red chilli flakes, machine boil potato, carrot boiled peas mix and mash with masher.. Bharata is Reddy.... then cool eat and when it get cooled make small balls of it..
  • 4. Take a appe pan greasy with oil add half spoon of batter, keep Bharta ball and again pour batter and cover the ball. Cover the lid and cook for 2min. In low to medium flame, then flip it and again cook for 2min.our Dahi Appe/appam is ready to serve with tempting Dhahiwali tadka chutney...
