Ingredients For Dhokla Chaat Recipe

Methods
  • 1. In a vessel take besan and add salt to it. Add 2 cups water and mix till no lumps remain.
  • 2. Add fruit salt and whisk it. Now pour the batter into greased plate and put it into steamer to steam for 15 minutes.
  • 3. Once done let it cool down. Now cut it into pieces.
  • 4. Prepare the tadka by heating oil and then add mustard seeds into it. Pour this tadka over dhokla.
  • 5. Add sweetened curd on top. Also add green chutney and imli ki chutney.
  • 6. Top it with some nylon sev and pomegranate pearls. Sprinkle little chaat masala.
  • 7. Also add chopped onions and coriander leaves on it while serving
