Ingredients For Dhokla Muffins Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Add pre soaked & fluffed up sago pearls to a mixing jar.Add soaked samak rice, 1tspn sendha namak, 2tbspn curd, black salt & green chilli.
  • 2. Blend it well & make a smooth paste of it. Batter is ready.Cover it & keep aside.
  • 3. Add coriander leaves, mint leaves ,cumin powder, 1tbspb sugar, 1/2 tspn salt & 2tbsp curd in a mixing jar.
  • 4. Blend it well & mix it to the batter.
  • 5. Now take any shape of mould, grease it with oil or butter & sprinkle red chilli powder.
  • 6. Pour 2 tbsp batter in it & micro it in high for 10 minutes.
  • 7. When it's ready make it cool for few minutes & demould it.
  • 8. Sprinkle chaat masala & chilli flakes on it & serve it with any of your favourite chutney.
