Methods
  • 1. Heat oil in a pan.
  • 2. Add cumin seeds,bay leaf and asfoetida powder and let them crackle.
  • 3. In a small bowl take curd,salt to taste and all spices,mix well and add in the pan and cook it until oil releases from spices.
  • 4. Now add chopped potato,mix well and saute it for 2 minutes.
  • 5. Finally add water and chopped coriander leaves and switch off the flame.
  • 6. Fenugreek Leaves Curd Potato Curry are ready to serve.
