Ingredients For Fruits Malpua Recipe

Methods
  • 1. In a mixing bowl mix maida, milk powder, powdered sugar, fennel seeds, baking soda and sooji with beater.
  • 2. Add milk slowly and mix to prepare a batter neither too thick nor thin. Then cover it and set aside for 30 minutes.
  • 3. After 30 minutes add fruits in it.
  • 4. Add oil in kadai and with a round shaped deep serving spoon pour the batter in oil so that it does not spread.
  • 5. Fry both sides till golden brown in colour.
  • 6. Prepare sugar syrup in a pan For that add brown sugar, water and cardamom powder.
  • 7. Boil it in medium heat till the sugar dissolves in water. Then boil it in low medium heat for 10-12 minutes.
  • 8. Let the syrup cool. After it gets cool add orange juice.
  • 9. Add fried malpuas in the syrup and soak each sides for 15 minutes.
  • 10. Now garnished with dry fruits and serve. To celebrate Holi with Fruits Malpua is a different experience altogether!
