Ingredients For Green Potli in daal dhokli

Methods
  • 1. Mix water, salt and turmeric in the daal, cook in the cooker
  • 2. Add the spinach paste, salt, cumin powder, oil to the flour and knead the dough
  • 3. When the daals are cooked then stir
  • 4. Now heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds, curry leaves, garlic, onion, green chillies and peas coarsely and fry them
  • 5. Then add capsicum and fry it and add salt,amchur powder and garam masala.
  • 6. Now heat oil in another pan, add mustard seeds, cumin, asafoetida, curry leaves, dry red chillies and mix the pulses
  • 7. Spinning the dough with spinach dough and making a small purée in the middle, making a bundle shape and adding it to the dal, adding a little water, bring it to a boil, cover it and cook it in a bowl when it is full. Garnish is also slightly decorated and served with salad and papad
