1.
In a kadai boil the water and add spinach and blanch it for 2 minutes.

Squeeze off the water and keep it aside.

Now in a pan add oil, green chilli , capsicum and saute it.

Now add beans ,peas and spinach to it and blend it coarsely.
5.
Now add potatoes,paneer,salt,corriander leaves,garam masala,turmeric,aamchur,breadcrumbs,chilli powder and blended spinach to it give it a good mix.
6.
Now make small balls out of it and coat them with bread crumbs also place a cashew to make it presentable enough and fry them until golden brown.
7.
Easy and tasty hara bhara kababs are ready. Enjoy!
