Ingredients For Jain Masala Paneer Tikka

Methods
  • 1. Method: For masala panner : Bring 1 liter milk to boil then add curd and let it curdle. Remove from flame and drain the water through a muslin cloth.
  • 2. Then in the same cloth add mint,jeera chat masala ,black pepper powder and salt and mix well. Press it under heavy object so it sets firm. For Marination : In a bowl add all ingridentaion for marination and mix well. Add panner cubes,capsicum and tomato mix well and let it marinate for ½ an hour.
  • 3. For tikka: Dip the wooden skewers in water. Then arrange the marigarted capsicum,tomato and panneer. Then grill them in a pre heated oven at 180°c for 7 mins or on tava with litter oil.
  • 4. Serve hot with mint chutney.
