Methods

How to make Kachhi Dabeli Recipe

1. Take coriender seeds,cumin seeds,cloves and fennel seeds in to pan.
2. Grind it and make powder now add chilli powder and chat masala and again grind it.
3. Now add oil in kadai on slow flame add powderd masala and add 2-3 spoon water and mix it.
4. Now add mashed potato and salt and mix it well make thick gravy of it you can add water as you need.
5. Now take ladi pav cut it from corner to fill mixture.
6. Add tamarind and green chatani. Add potato mixture. Now add onion,peanuts and pomegranate.
7. Now pack dabeli and dip in sev and grated coconut.
8. Make all dabelis like this now take pan add butter and just shallow fry the dabelis.
9. Your khatti mithi dabeli is ready to serve.
