Methods
  • 1. Heat the oil in a deep nonstick pan and add peanuts deep fry in medium hot oil. Strain and take out it in a bowl.
  • 2. Now add some oil add curry leaves and mustard seeds when the seeds crackle and saute on a medium flame or a few seconds.
  • 3. Add the capsicum, onion, green chilli, potato, tomato saute for 5 mins.
  • 4. Add salt, termeric powder, red chilli powder, mango powder, coriander powder mix it well properly.
  • 5. Now add sugar, peanut mix it again. Kanda poha is ready to serve.
