Ingredients For Kashmiri dum aloo with naan recipe

Methods
  • 1. Boil the potatoes, cool and peel it.
  • 2. Deep fry this potates and keep aside.
  • 3. Now heat the oil, add cumin seeds and whole garam masala.
  • 4. Then add ginger garlic paste, brown onion paste. Sauté it and cook.
  • 5. Then add tomato paste, cook for a while.
  • 6. Mix the dry masala into tomato puree and add into the masala.
  • 7. Cook the masala for a while, add salt, then add curd and mix it well.
  • 8. Finally add fried boiled potatoes and add required amount of water.
  • 9. Cook for few more mins. Once done take it in a serving bowl.
  • 10. Serve with naan. For naan, take refined flour, add butter, baking powder and salt.
  • 11. Add curd ( 3 to 4 tablespoons). Make a soft dough and rest for 1 hr.
  • 12. Roll, sprinkle kalonji over it, bake at 180degree for 5 mins in oven.
  • 13. Serve with this kashmiri dum aloo.
