1.
Heat ghee and oil in a pressure cooker.Add bay leaf and whole garam masala to crackle. Add onion and fry till light brown.

Add mutton pieces and saute on high heat for five mins. Add ginger garlic paste, Kitchen King Masala, coriander powder, red chilly powder, kashmiri mirch powder, turmeric powder and saute for five mins in a medium flame.

Whisk the curd and mix well, pressure cook for ten mins Simmer the flame and cook till mutton is done.
4.
Stir occasionally and add some water.Garnish with coriander leaves. Serve hot.
