Methods
  • 1. Mix salt, fenugreek, carom seeds and 1 teaspoon ghee in both flours,knead by adding little water.
  • 2. Now mix all the ingredients in a bowl.
  • 3. Then take one piece of dough and roll it a little and keep the potato mixture in the middle and close it, Sprinkle some dry flour and roll it again.
  • 4. Then fry with ghee in the pan, Cut with the help of a knife.
  • 5. Serve hot with cheese, aloo bhujiya and sauce.
