Ingredients For Kothimbir vadi Shawrma Recipe

Methods
  • 1. To prepare shawrma bread, take flour in a mixing bowl. Add salt, baking powder, curd and mix well.
  • 2. Knead a soft dough and keep aside for 10 minutes.
  • 3. Divide it into equal portions and roll out semi thick roti. On a hot griddle cook it from both the sides.
  • 4. Take green chutney in a bowl. Add mayonnaise and cream cheese into it and mix well.
  • 5. Chop the onions and tomatoes and wdd chaat masala into it. Keep aside.
  • 6. In a bowl, add besan. Add ginger garlic chilli laste, salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, peanut powder and mix well.
  • 7. Add little water and prepare a dough. Spread it on greased plate and steam it for 10-12 minutes.
  • 8. Once done, cool down it. Then cut it into long strips
  • 9. Shallow fry it into oil until crisp.
  • 10. Chop the onions and tomatoes and wdd chaat masala into it. Keep aside
  • 11. Take prepared shawrma roti. Spread the green chutney+mayo spread on one side.
  • 12. Now add fried kothimbir vadi, some salad, sprinkle some chaat masala and tuck it. You can ise toothpick to hold the sides together
  • 13. Serve the shawrma immediately.
