Ingredients For Loose mohanthal recipe

Methods
  • 1. In a bowl, take besan ka atta add warm milk warm ghee mix well make crumbly texture and cover it keep it aside for 20 minutes
  • 2. Then strain it in strainer
  • 3. Now in a pan, heat ghee then roast this gram flour in it till pinkish ,on low flame
  • 4. Meanwhile make sugar syrup of sugar and water in other pan 1 string sugar syrup
  • 5. Now add this sugar syrup in roasted Bengal gram.flour and roast it on low flame till 3-4 minutes
  • 6. Then switch off the flame
  • 7. Add fresh cream,cardamom powder,nutmeg powder grated almond it in mix well
  • 8. Then again switch on the flame roast it for 2 minutes
  • 9. Serve it hot
