Ingredients For Maggi masala pav bhaji recipe

Methods
  • 1. Cut all the vegetables into small pieces. Heat oil in a cooker, add cumin onion ginger garlic green chili, fry the onion till it turns pink. Now put tomatoes and all dry spices in it and cook till tomatoes melt.
  • 2. Now add all the vegetables in it, mix it well, add a glass of water, add a tablespoon of pav bhaji masala, maggi masala and cook for 4 whistlesOpen the cooker, mash it well with a hand mixer, add green coriander and a spoonful of mango powder.
  • 3. Make a slit in the middle of the pav and apply butter and cook it on a hot pan from both the sides. Serve hot pav with bhaji and finely chopped onion and lemon, sprinkle butter on top of the bhaji.
