Hello foodie friends....once again I am here with new recipe I.e. matar Baati. Which you can enjoy as tea time snacks with tea or coffee or enjoy as dinner with daal. We will back baati in cooker because many of us haven't baati cooker or tandoor.

Ingredients For Matar Baati Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Take green peas, ginger, green chilli and coriander leaves in mixture jaar. Crush it.
  • 2. Transfar in mixing bowl followed by wheat flour.
  • 3. Add salt and carom seeds. Add 3 tbsp of ghee and Mix properly
  • 4. Take some amount of salt in cooker and preheat it for 7 to 8 minutes.
  • 5. In a dough, add required water and knead medium hard dough. Apply remain ghee and again knead it.
  • 6. Take small size of portion from dough and make tikki. Mark with knife showing in photo.
  • 7. Apply ghee in cake tin and put baati on it. Place tin in cooker.
  • 8. Bake it for 8 to 10 minutes. Now check it. If properly baked apply some ghee on top and flip it. Again bake it for 5 to 7 minutes and check.
  • 9. While backing keep flame low to medium.
  • 10. Apply some ghee on prepared baati. So our baati is ready to serve.
