Ingredients For Matar Pulao Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Wash rice properly and soak for 30 minutes.
  • 2. Heat oil in cooker and saute ginger garlic paste followed by whole spices.
  • 3. Saute onion and cashew nuts,slightly saute green peas.
  • 4. Now add rice and salt. Saute rice for 1 minutes. Now add 2 cups water and cover with lid. Allow 3 whistles on medium flame.
  • 5. Our Matar Pulao is ready. Enjoy.
