Ingredients For Menashenkai (chilli) bajji recipe

Methods
  • 1. In a bowl, add besan, salt, red chili powder, rice flour and water to make medium consistency batter.
  • 2. Then take the chili, nicely wash and deseed them.
  • 3. Make a slit, and keep aside. Then in another bowl, add potatoes, add, salt, red chili powder, kasturi methi, amchur powder, fennel seed powder, dhania powder, and mix well
  • 4. Then add the stuffing inside the green chilies one by one.
  • 5. Then take the piece of stuffed green chillies and dip in besan an deep fry it in oil.
