As we all know that "Ramzan" is going on so this 30 days of the period we celebrate it like every day is party and we make lots of dishes for sehri and iftar.so here I am going to share some dishes which I made.today going to share"mini chicken buns" so soft and tasty.i made it for iftar.

As I am using bbq sauce you can use green chilli sauce or red chilli sauce as well. If you want you can shred chicken by hand also.

Ingredients For Mini Chicken Buns Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Take 1 bowl add flour,milk powder,salt,sugar and yeast mix it well.
  • 2. Now take small small portion of luke warm water knead a soft dough.
  • 3. Spread some dry flour on working bord and knead the dough again for 10 minutes.
  • 4. Now apply oil and cover dough and rest it for 1 hour.
  • 5. After 1 hour take washed chicken add soya sauce,ginger garlic paste,coriander powder,red chilli powder, black pepper powder,salt 1 spoon oil and mix it well keep side.
  • 6. Now spread some dry flour on working board take dough and knead it for 5 minutes and divide it in 4 equal portions.
  • 7. And keep side by covering.
  • 8. Keep kadai on medium flame add chicken mixture in it and cook it for 10-15 minutes.
  • 9. Let it get cool, after getting cool add that chicken in food processor and shred it. Add tomato ketchup.
  • 10. Now take 1 portion of dough flatten it thick chapati 9-10 inch.
  • 11. Cut chapati into 4 portion. Keep bbq sauce on every portion.
  • 12. Keep 1-2 spoon chicken mixture in center and fold it in triangle shape or just like samosa.
  • 13. Apply water while sealing it, and make all buns same as before.
  • 14. Take baking tray apply butter papper on it keep buns on it.
  • 15. Take 1 egg, mix it well and apply on buns. spread some white sesame seeds and bake it 15-20 min on 180 degree.
  • 16. Serve with tomato ketchup.
