Mooli kabab is a crispy and tasty made with freshly grated radish along with potato, onion, and spices. A very tasty snack to be served with hot coffee/tea

Heat a pan. Add oil. Add onion, stir fry it until light brown. Meanwhile add green chilli and ginger garlic paste, saute it rawness is released.

Now add haldi powder, coriander powder and red chilli powder and salt .Cook it until oil has surfaced. Add garam masala powder, mix it well.Now add mooli leaves, mix it well.Add roasted besan.

Stir fry it for a minute, turn off the flame, take out in a bowl, Add boiled potato and grated mooli.Now mash it again, take small portions of the batter, roll it, give the shape of kebab.

Take a pan, add 2 tbsp oil, heat it. Arrange the kebabs, shallow fry them until brown. Cook them flipping. Take out in a serving dish garnish with cashews.have it as a snack.
