Ingredients For Moong Dal Fritters Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Grind coriander leaves tomatoes garlic and chillies in a mixer grinder and make a nice fine paste.
  • 2. Once it is done add cumin powder salt and lemon juice in it. Your chutney is ready.
  • 3. First soak the moong sal for few hours.
  • 4. Then in the mixer grinder add the soaked moong dal cumin seeds dried fenugreek seeds green chillies etc and grind to a coarse mixture.
  • 5. Take it out in a bowl and add the rest of the ingredients and combine them well. Pakodi batter is ready.
  • 6. Now take a pan and put enough oil for frying.
  • 7. Once the oil is hot put small portion of the batter in the oil for frying
  • 8. Once all the pakodis are crisp and brown in colour take them out in a plate.
  • 9. Serve hot pakodis along with yummy green chutney.
