Methods
  • 1. Mix multi grain flour and wheat flour in a bowl. Add water and prepare the dough. Let it rest for some time.
  • 2. In the meantime, cut chow- chow into pieces and saute them in olive oil. Sprinkle some salt, cumin powder, red chilli powder and fry until golden brown.
  • 3. Take out in a bowl and roughly mash the chow- chow to make them slightly smaller in size.
  • 4. Now, roll the multi grain dough into a circular lavash. Heat a non stick pan and cook on both sides for a few minutes until done. Don't overcook otherwise it will become crispy.
  • 5. Then take a lavash and start filling it. First spread the green chutney in one side of the lavash, followed by the chow- chow filling and roasted channa.
  • 6. Arrange the onion, pomegranate, tamarind chutney, channa and coriander leaves one after the other in a row.
  • 7. Sprinkle chaat masala and slowly start rolling from the green chutney end. Secure it tightly and cut into desired pieces.
  • 8. Prepare the curd mixture by mixing black pepper, salt and chaat masala.
  • 9. Place the cut pieces of lavash samosa into the serving plate. Pour the curd mixture over it.
  • 10. Garnish with pomegranate, coriander leaves, onion and bhujia sev. Enjoy!!
