Ingredients For Mutton Aloo Gosht Masala | Aloo Mutton Gosht Masala Recipe

Methods
  • 1. In a kadai add wash mutton add onions add green chillies and tomatoes.
  • 2. Add ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, red chilly powder, salt to taste mix well and cook for 10 minutes on high flame.
  • 3. Add 2 glass of water mix well and cover the kadai allow it to cook on medium flame for 1 hour or till the mutton is tender.
  • 4. Add oil, black pepper powder, garam masala, cumin powder, coriander powder, and potatoes mix well.
  • 5. Add handful of coriander leaves mix well cover the kadai and cook this on low flame for 10 minutes.
  • 6. Finally your mutton aloo gosht masala is ready. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve with Roti, Naan, Paratha or Jeera Rice.
