Ingredients For Neer dosa. (Instant rice flour dosa) Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Take One big bowl rice flour add 2 tsp gram flour. Add 3 glass water to it. Make a free flowing consistency batter of it.
  • 2. Add 3-4 chopped green chillies Add 2 tsp jeera. Salt as per taste. One medium sized chopped onion and mix it well.
  • 3. Preheat the pan and grease it with oil.
  • 4. Pout the batter thinly from little height in a round shape. Do not spread it like a normal dosa.
  • 5. Drizzle some oil to the edges. When it is cooked lift it wih wooden spoon and flip it.
  • 6. Cool till both the sides get golden crispy texture.
  • 7. Repeat the process for remaining batter.
  • 8. Serve your neer dosa with your favourite Chutney.
