Methods
  • 1. Take oats and blend to make a powder. Take a bowl combine suji,oats powder .curd, red chilly powder and salt and mix well,
  • 2. Make a smooth batter with the help of water, keep aside for 30 minutes. Finely chop all vegetables.
  • 3. Heat non stick pan and grease with oil and spread one spoon batter.Lower the heat put some veggies over the uttapam.
  • 4. Flip it when done on one side. Garnish with grated cheese and serve hot with green chutney and sauce.
