Ingredients For Oats tikki Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Soak 1/2 cup oats with 1/4 cup water.
  • 2. Heat 2 tsp of oil in kadhai.Add green chillies and ginger and soute it for 7 -8 seconds,add onions and soute it till light pink and translucent.Then add carrots,peas, capcicum and salt.cook it till half cooked on low flame.
  • 3. Mash the veges with masher and add grated potatoes .Add all the dry spices , salt,soaked oats and coriander .Mix well and switch of the flame as soon as mixture is well combined.
  • 4. Let the oats mixture be cool diwn .make tikkis as per reqired size and roll it with the remaining 1/4 cup oats.
  • 5. Heat apoximately 2 to 3 tbs of oil in a non stick tawa and shallow fry it till golden brown from both the sides.Enjoy it with tomato sauce or green chatney.
