Recipe Notes

Use fresh brown bread an b careful while dipping it into the batter since the bread might break since the centre portion is quite delicate. U can any stuffing for it u can use black channa since I didn't have it so I didn't use it . U can garnish with cheese also if u want

Methods
  • 1. In a bowl add bengal gram flour, salt, cornflour, rice flour, mix well
  • 2. Then add salt , red chilli sauce, garam masala pd, chat masala pd, kasturi methi, lime juice an mix well
  • 3. Add little water to make the batter medium consistency
  • 4. Then take the bread give it a shape round an dip in batter an shallow fry it from both the sides. Keep aside
  • 5. Then in another bowl , add boiled potato, add salt, garam masala pd, chat masala pd, chopped coriander leaves, naagin sauce an mix well an keep aside
  • 6. Then in another bowl add the naagin sauce , tamarind chutney, green chutney, tomato sauce an mix well
  • 7. Then take a bread piece spread the sauce over it . Then add the potatoes masala spread it . Then add 1 tsp of each tamarind chutney, green chutney, naagin sauce,
  • 8. Sprinkle sev , chopped onions, coriander leaves an a small spoon of curds over it & serve
