Batter should not be too thin. You can also add chopped spinach in it. Fry the pakora on medium heat.

Methods
  • 1. Take a mixing bowl add all the ingredients except oil. Mix it well.
  • 2. Gradually add water and make little thick batter. Keep it aside to rest.
  • 3. Check the consistency of batter.
  • 4. Heat oil in a wok. In a medium heat deep fry all the pakoras from the batter till it becomes golden brown and crispy.
  • 5. Remove it in a kitchen napkin.
  • 6. Serve hot with sauce and green chutney.
