  • 1. First of all, clean and wash the rice well and keep it soaked in water for 15 minutes. Then boil water in a pot and then add rice. And boil till 80 percent, and take out all the water.
  • 2. To make puree First of all, boil the spinach and cool it, now add spinach, onion, green chillies, ginger, garlic and cashews to the mixer grinder and make a paste.
  • 3. Now spinach puree is ready. Now put oil in a pan and heat it, when the oil becomes slightly hot, take out the paneer pieces in the pan and roast them from both the sides until they turn light brown.
  • 4. Now put cloves, black pepper, bay leaf, star spice, cardamom seeds, cashew nuts and cinnamon in the remaining butter and fry the spices lightly.
  • 5. Now add finely chopped onion to it and fry it for half a minute. After this add peas and fry for half a minute.
  • 6. Now put the spinach puree made in it and cook it for 1-2 minutes. Now add dry spices, red chili powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, garam masala, Biryani masala and salt and mix it well. Then cook for 2-3 minutes.
  • 7. Now add boiled rice and mix it well and add fried paneer and cook it for 1-2 minutes while stirring it lightly.
  • 8. Now our Palak Paneer Biryani is ready.
