Ingredients For Pav Bhaji Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Heat oil and butter. Add ginger garlic paste. Sauté for a while.
  • 2. Then add chopped onion, cook till light golden brown.
  • 3. Then add chopped tomatoes, green chili chopped and cook till soft and mashy.
  • 4. Now take a bowl, put tomato sauce in it. Put pav bhaji masala, turmeric and chili powder and salt .Mix the masala properly.
  • 5. Put this masala into the kadai and cook till it leaves the oil.
  • 6. Now add boiled mix vegetables and cook for few minutes. Then add boiled mashed potatoes. Mash it properly
  • 7. Mash the entire vegetable with the masher properly.
  • 8. Add butter. Serve this bhaji with butter toasted pav.
