You can use boiled potato instead of raw banana but if want to make healthy recipe use raw banana

Ingredients For Pearl Millet Cheesy Bite Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Heat a pan add oil add cumin seeds crackle it then add garlic cloves and sautĂ© it in law flame for a minute now add green chili paste and onion and sautĂ© it for a while now add salt, black pepper powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, chili flax and mix it well and add raw banana.
  • 2. Now mix it again and let it cool down after it add pearl millet flour and mix well and make a dough from it.Now cover it for 10 minutes. After it mix it again make small ball from this and roll it like thick Paratha and cut small circles (coin) with a cookie cutter. Do all circles ready like this.
  • 3. Heat a tawa add 1 tsp ghee and roast the coins from both sides . When all circles are ready means we have to roast all circles ( coins) from both sides.
  • 4. Take a bowl mix all ingredients of of toppings. Take a plate place all pizza coins on plate spread pizza sauce on all coins and pour pizza toppings on all coins and once again heat the tawa in law flame and place 3-4 coin in a time and cover it with a lid and cook t in law flame till cheese melt.
  • 5. Our coins are ready to serve. We can serve these coins with catch up and sprinkle some chili flax and oregano in all . Everyone love to eat this healthy coins
