Ingredients For Poha Chivda Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Heat oil in kadhai, add coriander seeds, fennel seeds, curry leaves, green chillies, fry for few seconds.
  • 2. Add peanuts, roasted chana dal, cashewnuts and dried coconut fry until it turn slightly golden brown and crisp.
  • 3. Add poha in it, mix it with all the ingredients and roast poha until it get crunchy and crispy. Switch off the flame.
  • 4. Immediately add salt, sugar, black salt, cumin powder and chat masala. Mix all well.
  • 5. Poha Chivda is ready to eat, Store it in airtight container.
