Methods
  • 1. In a bowl in add onion, potato, capsicum,carrot, sweet corn, coriander leaves, hole spices, salt, bread crumbs, Ginger garlic paste, corn flour. Mix it well
  • 2. Shape it anyway you want. I did it flat pattis shape.
  • 3. Heat oil in a pan. Add it to the heating oil, nd fry till golden brown.
  • 4. It's ready vegetable poha cutlet. Sarve hot with tomato ketchup and green chutney.
