Here is my new recipe come with everybodys favourite potato...it's a baking recipe very tasty and yummy

Methods
  • 1. Take a bowl add 1/4 cup luke warm water add yeast powder,salt,sugar and mix it well keep rest for 10 min
  • 2. Now add flour in it add 2-3 spoon melted butter and mix it well.add water and knead soft dough keep rest on 1 hour
  • 3. Take anather bowl add boilled potato mashed them.add salt,fried onion,coriender powder,garam masala powder,cumin seeds powder,kasuri methi,turmuric powder,red chillie powder and mix it well
  • 4. Now take dough spread some flour on board and knead dough for 2-3 min.divide into equal portion.make a balls of it.
  • 5. Now flatten 3-4 balls in equal size keep 1 by 1 on each other and apply some butter between them.again flatten it .
  • 6. Now cut it into 8 portion that pices will look like trangle shape.
  • 7. Take 1 piece add 1 spoon of mixture on starting part and rolled it till end and seal it nicely
  • 8. Make all of them same as above now take baking tray.apply some melted butter on it keep all potato buns on it brush egg yolk on all buns sprinkle some saseme seeds on it
  • 9. Pre heat oven for 5 min on high degree now keep tray in oven and bake it for 20-25 min on 150 degree
  • 10. After that let it get cool apply some butter on it and serve hot with tomato sauce or green chatani
