PRAWN MALAICURRY RECIPE

It is a very popular and famous recipe which is generally cooked in most of the festivals in our Bengal. The prawn has VITAMIN E and SULPHUR which increases our ENERGY LEVEL and IMMUNITY SYSTEM. The prawn keeps our SKIN HEALTHY and very smooth.

Ingredients For PRAWN MALAICURRY RECIPE

Methods
  • 1. Wash the prawns nicely and mix turmeric powder and salt with these prawns.
  • 2. Cut the onions into very small pieces and heat the pan and pour mustard oil in it .
  • 3. Fry all the onion pieces and when it turns into brownish remove it from the pan and keep it in a bowl.
  • 4. Then in the hot oil add prawns and add salt, sugar, red chili powder, ginger paste and garlic paste.
  • 5. Mix these nicely and stir continuously and then add water.
  • 6. Then add coconut milk and boil it at least for 20 mins in slow flame.
  • 7. Then the gravy becomes dense and then mix half of the fried onions and mix it nicely.
  • 8. Spread the remaining half of the fried onions and chopped coriander leaves upon the prepared prawns dish.
  • 9. Now the delicious amazing recipe........ PRAWN MALAICURRY is ready to serve.
