1.
Take a pan, put rava in it, fry it on low-medium flame for 4 to 5 minutes while stirring continuously, take it out in a plate and let it cool down.

Now heat ghee in the same pan, add mustard seeds, when mustard seeds crackle, add green chili, urad dal, chana dal, curry leaves and ginger and fry it well.

Now add onion, capsicum and cook it. Add tomato pepper and salt also, mix it well and cook a little, now add water to it and let it come to a boil.

Slowly mix the rava in it and stir it continuously so that there is no lump in the upma and also add lemon juice to it.
5.
Keep the flame medium . Cook it for 2 to 3 minutes while stirring continuously so that the rava becomes fluffy after absorbing all the water. Switch off the gas and add green coriander.Serve hot.
