Methods
  • 1. Take a big bowl mix all the ingredients and mix it well and take it for rest 10 minutes so sabudana flour can soaked if need few water add . After 10 minutes mix it again Greas your palm with oil and take a small ball portion from dough and shape it like tikki and keep it in a Thali .
  • 2. Prepare all cutlets like this and heat oil in a pan and shallow fry the cutlets till golden brown. Shallow fry all cutlets like this 3-4 at a time. Serve these cutlets with catch up or chutney.
