Ingredients For Soupy Momos Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Take a bowl and add all purpose flour along with some salt of your taste.
  • 2. Add 2 tbsp oil and knead a semi soft dough. Let it rest for 5-7 mins.
  • 3. Take a bowl and add paneer and spinach along with salt and pepper of your taste.
  • 4. Add chaat masala and mixed herbs. Add garlic and mix well.(You can also cook this mixture in 1 tbsp butter if you want.)
  • 5. Make small balls of the dough and roll it out in small circles. Place one spoon of the paneer mixture and make dumplings.
  • 6. Steam them for about 12-15 mins on medium high flame.
  • 7. Take a pan and 4 tbsp butter and 1 tbsp of oil. Heat it a bit and add garlic and roast it.
  • 8. Add bay leaf, peppercorns and onions saute well. Add in the tomatoes and cook further for 5 mins.
  • 9. Add seasonings according to your taste. boil for another 5 min and let it cool.
  • 10. Blend into a fine puree and cook further in 1 tbsp of butter for an extra taste.
  • 11. Check the dupmlings and take out in serving bowls. Top it up with piping hot soup and garnish with cream generously.
