- If ure allergy to soya chunks , u can replace it with potatoes an panneer or u can used dried oyster mushrooms jus give one boil an then squeeze water out an grind into smooth paste

Recipe Notes
The consistency should be of medum consistency , don't add water while grinding
1.
Boil soya chunks, & when cool, squeeze out the water completely.
2.
Then when cool grind it with green chillies into medium consistency.
3.
Then remove it in the bowl, add salt, pepper, garam masala powder, chat masala powder, ginger garlic paste, , lime juice , coriander leaves and mix well
4.
Then add paneer crumple it nicely with the mixture mix well.
